You're purchasing a Mahogany Tilt top table from 1940s or earlier(Scroll for photos below).  The piece was made by Brandt in Hagerstown, Md (since 1901).  Interesting well made table has pie shape along the top, excellent finish and the brass hinges of the tilt section still function well today.  Its a four footed table with strong and shapely legs, suitable for an accent most anywhere.  One foot shows some wear at the edge and a slight discoloration on section of top, both minor and typical for this piece and its' age.
